My name is Theresa A. Rolenz and I am a Kindergarten teacher. This will be my 12th full year working with the wonderful staff and students at St. Augustine school. Prior to teaching Kindergarten, I taught third grade here for three years and loved every minute of it. I am a graduate from the University of Akron and have my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Family and Child Development. My favorite part of teaching is watching the children grow throughout the year. I love helping to shape the minds of ur little ones and instilling the Catholic faith into their hearts. When I am not teaching, I spend most of my time with my hudband and 3 children; Emma, 14, Kylee 10, and Austin 4. We love to shop, go to sporting events and attend concerts together. I enjoy running, listning to music, watching my daughter's cheer and my son play soccer. I am creative, enthusiastic and love to have lots of FUN!
My name is Natalie Cook, and I am a first grade teacher here at St. Augustine School. I am an alum of St. Augustine School and a member of the church. I attended Norton High School and went on to college at Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, OH. While at Ursuline, I played basketball and studied Early Childhood Education. I graduated from Ursuline in May, 2014 and have recenty received my Master's degree from Walsh University. This will be my sixth year teaching at St. A's and I also have coached basketball at Norton for the past 6 years. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, biking, going to the movies and traveling.
I am Miss Natalie McCulligan. I am the second grade teacher at St. Augustine School. This is my 23rd year of teaching. I have been a member of St. Augustine Church my whole life. I was a St. Augustine School graduate in 1986. My father, brothers, daughter and son are also St. Augustine School graduates. I taught fourth grade for six years at Immaculate Conception School. I have taught a variety of grades over the past 17 years at St. Augustine. I have taught fifth, fourth, third, eighth, and second. I love the challenges and rewards each grade level brings. My favorite part of teaching second grade is teaching the sacraments. It is such a joy being a part of their special day.
I have two wonderful children. My daughter is 21 and works at Walt Disney World. She also attends Velenzia College in Orlando. My son Lucas is 17 and a junior at Barberton HS. If you come into my classroom, you'll see I'm a Disney fanatic!
My name is Sister Nan Zeimet and I am a sister of Notre Dame from Chardon, Ohio. I moved to Ohio from Kansas in 2005 to enter the congregation and have been a vowed member for ten years.
I took my education classes for my teaching license at Notre Dame College in Ohio. I have a BA from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Kansas as well as my Master's Degree with a focus in Education from Baker University in Kansas.
I have been a licensed elementary teacher for eight years. I taught my first five years (mostly 3rd grade) at an inner city Catholic school in Cleveland. I then moved to Chardon and did substitute teaching K-4 for two years in several Catholic elementary schools in the area. I'm excited about teaching third grade again here at St. Augustine School.
Seven years ago, I helped found an after school program on the near west side of Cleveland called House of Champions where I volunteer and am a member of the Board of Directors. HOC services selected children from two area inner city Catholic schools from 2:30-8:00 pm where they learn life skills in a family-like atmosphere.
In my spare time, I love to line dance and go bowling.

My name is Donna Rovan and I am so happy to be a part of the wonderful staff here at St. Augustine School. I am the fourth grade teacher and most of my experience has been teaching the fourth grade. I grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA and went to St. Joseph's University where I received my degree in Education. I have been a teacher for over ten years andhave also worked as a reporter for the Akron Beacon Journal. I have also worked in business and customer service positions. My first love is teaching, and I hope that my experience and excitement to learn are the best ingredients for a great year! I am married to my great husband, Marty, who went to St. Augustine's when he was a child. I have two daughters and I live in Canton. I love to write, and swim and I really love the beach! Fourth grade can b a tough year, but with patience, encouragement and faith, we can master this amazing year. I look forward to working with your children and offer my prayers and blessings for a wonderful unforgettable year.
