Welcome to Kindergarten! My name is Theresa A. Rolenz and I am very excited to be the Kindergarten teacher at St. Augustine School. This will be my 10th full year working with the wonderful staff and children at St. Augustine school. Prior to teaching Kindergarten, I taught 3rd grade here for three years and loved every minute of it. I am a graduate from the University of Akron and have my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Family and Child Development. My favorite part of teaching is watching the growth that the children make throughout the year. I love helping to shape the minds of our little ones and instilling the Catholic faith into their hearts. I am creative, enthusiastic and love to have lots of FUN!
My name is Natalie Cook, and I am a first grade teacher. I am an alum of St. Augustine School and a member of the church. I attended Norton High School and went on to Ursuline College. While at Ursuline, I played basketball and studied Early Childhood Education. I graduated in May, 2014 and am currently going to Walsh University to receive my Master's degree in Education. I am looking forward to my fourth year as a teacher.
I am Miss Natalie McCulligan. I am the second grade teacher at St. Augustine School. This is my 23rd year of teaching. I have been a member of St. Augustine Church my whole life. I was a St. Augustine School graduate in 1986. My father, brothers, daughter and son are also St. Augustine School graduates. I taught fourth grade for six years at Immaculate Conception School. I have taught a variety of grades over the past 17 years at St. Augustine. I have taught fifth, fourth, third, eighth, and second. I love the challenges and rewards each grade level brings. My favorite part of teaching second grade is teaching the sacraments. It is such a joy being a part of their special day.
I have two wonderful children. My daughter is 21 and works at Walt Disney World. She also attends Velenzia College in Orlando. My son Lucas is 17 and a junior at Barberton HS. If you come into my classroom, you'll see I'm a Disney fanatic!
I am Mrs. Ruthanne Nary, the third grade teacher here at St. Augustine School. This is my 6th year teaching third grade. Prior to teaching third grade, I helped in the music department as the children's choir director. I am also an active member of the St. Augustine Parish. In 2008, I graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelors in Early Childhood Education. Through the years I have worked with many different children and love that I have made such an impact on their lives.
In my spare time, I love to hangout with my husband Patrick and our children Madigan, Michael, and Marin. Having a 4 year and twin 9 month old children make for an exciting after school life. Our families are very important to us, and we both feel truly blessed. When I am not with my family, I love to shop, do crafting, and walk my Westie named Guinness.
