I was the Auxiliary clerk at Immaculate Conception School for several years. I have been a parishioner at Immaculate Conception all of my life. My four children graduated from the school. The church, parishioners, and community hold a special place in my heart.
My children and their spouses are healthy and thriving. My son-in-law, Joe, was a gift and is now watching over us in heaven. I have seven grandchildren that are a blessing and make me laugh everyday. My favorite things are family, faith, flowers, friendships, and Christmas.
I am employed through Barberton City Schools as St. Augustine's Health/Office Aide. This is my fourth year doing this job. I have also taught 2nd grade PSR for nine years and have lead the outdoor activities for VBS for ten years.
My family and I have been St. Augustine parishioners for about 15 years. I've been married to my husband, James, for 24 years. We have four children - Jennifer (24), Sabrina (19), Vivian (16), and Zane (14). We enjoy bike riding, fishing, bowling, camping, reading, and watching movies.
I am the Speech-Language Pathologist here at St. Augustine. I have a Bachelor's degree in English from Hiram College, and a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from Kent State. Before coming to Barberton, I worked in several different places, including Norton School District and Easter Seals Northern Ohio. I've found the staff, students, and families of St. Augustine to be very warm and welcoming!
My husband Scott and I live in Wadsworth with our two wonderful daughters, Anna (15) and Ella (11, going on 16). We spend most of our spare time at the girls' activities, which include dance, horseback riding, and Girl Scouts. I also make time for reading, gardening, and training my dogs to compete in agility trials.
